While being a fairly competent physician my family had being seeing for years, we switched doctors. He told me that I was making things up, and got angry. He said that I made up an asthma attack. Then he proceeded to have an extremely rude demeanor for the rest of the follow up appointment... to the point that it made me cry. I was 12-13 years old. He doesn’t listen, it seems as if he is set in a certain diagnosis no matter what is said. Along with not listening, he spends very little time in the room.
Dr David has been our doctor for at least 25 years? I don’t even remember how long. But we would never switch. He’s easy to talk to and takes the time to listen.
