Dr. Dohan is an excellent, skilled, and caring doctor. He always goes above and beyond to provide care. It is simply unfair to leave a one star review for physician whose office isn't accepting new patients and whom the reviewer has never even met.
Yes, the other reviews are correct, this doctor’s office is not accepting new patients and you only find out after waiting 10 minutes and getting what sounds like a decrepit old woman letting you know. They should get with the program and update their online profile.
Told me he was taking new patients. Called for an appointment told that he was no longer taking new patients retroactive for a month... couldn't give any alternatives in the area.
Dr. Dohan is fantastic. I'm so glad I made a change to him. Now, the office is short staff and they can get a little late in getting back to me (about a referral) But all in all My PCP is awesome
I was on hold for over 12 minutes and still no receptionist yet. I hang up! I’m going to look for another primary. It’s been like this since they joined Lahey! People shouldn’t Wait 10-15 minutes for scheduling appointment or any other matters!
