The doctor is good. One of the best. The problem is his office staff. You can be in excruciating pain and they don’t care and won’t try to get you in any sooner. They won’t ask if the doctor can come in 10 minutes before 8:00 to fit you in or stay past 4:00 to help you. Terrible customer service and typical medical field BS. No care for the patient whatsoever.
Dr Dickerson is an amazing doctor, he listened to me, spent a long time with me great bed side manner he helped my pain with a MILD procedure , not too many physicians are trained in this, . I saw 3 doctors and no one could help me with my pain. I highly recommend him He is awesome
I Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dickerson. He is Knowledgeable, kind, patient, and compassionate. He has been extremely helpful with my chronic abdominal nerve pain after I was brushed aside by so many other doctors. He is someone you want on your team. His PA Joanne is also amazing and they will take you seriously and do everything possible to help you with pain that other doctors may have dismissed or have not been able to treat effectively.
