I agree!! Stay far away from David DelRe. He makes up stories that change from meeting to meeting and will drag a case out for years to work the file and your check book!!!!!!! Very Bad!!!!!
I had the pleasure of having Mr.Del Re as my Guardian Ad Litem to my daughter for custody,and he did an exceptional job,and has a clean cut appearance very presentable.He really is a caring and empathetic man. I retained David mid case, but he could did not get anything done. He did not honor my requests for asking for another child custody evaluation. Because of this I lost custody of my kids. He removed himself from the case 4 weeks before the trial date because I couldn't come up with the retainer, but when he did he did not ask for an extension HE ACTUALLY TOLD THE JUDGE THAT ALL PENDING DATES SHOULD BE KEPT!!!!
