Never was sent my ID card. Originally gave me the wrong “Edward Brooks” information. Blue Cross has zero information about me, besides my dental being only for children. Which I was assured they were incorrect by Danzig. I’ve been paying for this service and I end up paying out of pocket for X-Rays, which ran me nearly $250. And now I’ve been at the dentists office for hours to try get financed for the work, without having dental insurance.
As an employee of a company represented by DD&A, I can say that I never worry about FSA or insurance questions. Quality and knowledgeable support is just an easy call or email away.
