Excellent!!
Great first visit with Dr. Suh. The rooming experience also went well. The atmosphere in the waiting area and the scheduling process have opportunities for improvement.
Dr. Suh is a PHENOMENAL doctor. He is carrying, attentive and knowledgeable. I was one of the last patient for "that day", he came in energetic and nurturing.
I always have to wait a minimum of thirty minutes before being called from the waiting room. This time it was 40+ minutes. Why even make the appointment time. I had to remind the check-in desk that I was still sitting and waiting. I've seen Dr. Suh for over 15 years and now I don't see him anymore because his assistant takes care of my visits. The assistant was thorough and very nice, but I like the rapport I've built with Dr. Suh. I think I'll try another location and new doctor.
