I was going to this office for years. I did not have insurance and paid out of pocket. Due to the pandemic I was unable to pay and told office to please hold my monthly payment till I get an income, instead I get a letter from a lawyer. So sad that during difficult times they are taking advantage and not being understanding. So disappointed with the outcome. I guess “you’re family” meant nothing. But money talks!
Stop lying to patients, I was told that I had several cavities. I wanted a second opinion after getting expensive periodontal treatment, my second Dentist told me that I did not have periodontal disease nor did I have any cavities.
RecommendedI have only great things to say about this office! The administrative staff is so warm, friendly and welcoming. From my very first phone call I felt like I was valued as a patient and that was confirmed when I walked in. Dr. Gianino and his clinical team are the BEST. They made me so calm and comfortable and really did a great job explaining everything to me so I actually understood it! I am actually looking forward to having treatment done. 10/10 recommend Dr. Gianino
Amazing experience here at the office. Lisa was amazing, she addressed all of my questions with care and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening. This being my first time at the office I am very pleased, and will certainly be returning. 100% recommend.
It started with a phone call yesterday for my painful gums.. I was greated on the phone with kindness and sensitivity .. when I went today I couldn’t help but cry I was so nervous.. his staff “ALL of them were so kind and caring.. Dr Gianino came in and sat down and talked me through what was happening .. he listened to my fears and we went over options for what was next! Highly recommend this office.. Just came back from a cleaning, have been going to Dr. Gionino for over 8 years. now I have a beautiful smile!
Dr Gianino has excellent clinical skills and has very professional staff who work very closely with Dr Gianino. There is excellent communication between staff members and the doctor. I had to have crowns and fillings and all have been successful and comfortable to have done. Tia is also very helpful in assisting with billing to insurance companies and has been a great resource. I would highly recommend without reservation Dr Gianino and all the wonderful staff for all your dental care.
