My dental assistant Olivia was great. Super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. I had my new patient work up appointment and she was very thorough in explaining everything she was going to be doing. The office seems to go above and beyond to make sure they have all the images they need to assess and create a treatment plan for you. I wish I could give 0 stars. I called about a quote for dental work that I had already been referred to for. They told me I couldn’t get a quote without coming in. I scheduled an appointment and was given lots of “information” about the importance of dental care as if I wasn’t there doing my best to receive it. I had mentioned calling and talking to so many places about my insurance and costs. The doctor was a little invasive and asked if I could have a parent come in and shell out the costs maybe. I been going to David Gianino office for over 26 years. His care and committment to restoring all my teeth has been a miracle. The outpouring love and care from his business is amazing. I always have a great experience when visiting Dr. Gianino’s Office! The front desk staff are welcoming and organized. Laura my hygienist is friendly and thorough. She cares about patient comfort and long-term dental health. Dr. Gianino is highly skilled, knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything clearly. I always feel well-informed about my options and confident in the care I’m receiving. Highly recommend!
