My hygienist Megan is phenomenal. I have severe dental anxiety & she is so patient and reassuring. She explains every aspect of the process & makes sure I am comfortable. Her guidance, kindness & professionalism is unmatched. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient for over 25 years and am always so pleased with any care I have received. Laura has been my hygienist for at least 10 years. She is always so pleasant and caring and does a wonderful job. I will never forget Laura for high kind she was to my deceased husband when he was battling dementia.
Wish I read the reviews before I went. Had to pay for my first appointment up front which is fine but they don’t even bill your insurance. That should have been the my first red flag. They did a big Consultation with the treatment plan which you need to pay up front and then get refunded from your insurance. I agreed to that and asked her to break up the plan but appointment so financially I can plan for it. Began having tooth pain a few months ago, was able to get in quickly and looked at. Ever since then, from my treatment to followups and cleanings I have had great experiences with the staff. They are attentive and kind, perfect for an environment many may find intimidating. I highly recommend Dr. Gianino and his team!
Dr Gianino is the most outstanding dentist! He is extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic artist in dentistry! He makes his patients feel as if they are family. He is there to take care of you at anytime. His patients always come first! I have been a patient of Dr Gianino for about twenty years and I now travel over two hours to see him for my teeth. He is the best! He is my miracle worker! And his staff are super professional, efficient and friendly! I highly recommend Dr Gianino and his staff!
