I'm sorry to say that Dr. Bell seems to suffer from early-stage dementia and can be very forgetful about important commitments and records. I don't think I would trust him with any future medical care. I thought it was cute at first but frankly, he worries me. He is very respectful to the white people in my family, just not my mother after hearing her speak with an accent. He is from another generation though so I get it.

My husband had an emergency toe problem. Dr. Bell came in on an off day and was very helpful. Very professional and quick. Great experience.
Had an ingrown toenail removed, and he ended up doing the procedure to kill the edge of both toenails at once for 280 dollars so it was a good deal (I didn't have insurance). Staff was nice, and the procedure was quick.
