I have always hated going to the dentist- until I met Dr. Crystal. He and his staff are so friendly and accommodating, and care so much about my level of comfort, that it doesn’t bother me at all to have procedures which, at other dental offices, feel like torture. Also, the office, while absolutely sterile, is beautiful and homey rather than clinical and scary. I can’t recommend them strongly enough.
I was very disappointed that I just traveled to this office for a procedure that the dentist (Dr Yogi) recommended, only to be told that my procedure would require preauthorization. So I'd traveled there for no value or benefit--a waste of my time. I'd previously informed the office my insurance was changing and this appointment was specifically scheduled because of timing with my new insurance. They couldn't even remember why they were seeing me today. I'm very disappointed that this dental office doesn't respect my time.
Great painless dentist. I came here with pain and after the root canal haven't had any issues. All the people here are so nice
Dr crystal’s office has been so amazing since I’ve been coming here. Everyone is so nice even helps when my friend needed someone who spoke Spanish. You know that are taking care of you like family
I love coming here. Going to the dentist sucks but here everyone is so nice. My teeth look amazing after Dr.G did the work. I don’t know why I didn’t do it before.
