All buyers beware, David A Cronnin is an extremely unscrupulous agent and shoud NOT be trusted in any way. He gave false information for our questions. He doesn't care about basic ethics or appear truthful. He tried to get away with lying and cheating several times at our expenses, which is apparently none of his concern. David is the worst agent I have ever come across. His unethical behavior throughout the closing and even after closing is immoral and unbelievable. Ask him about his previous employer as well.
