Very disappointing experience. We drove 45 minutes for my daughter's appointment and arrived only 10 minutes late, yet Dr. David Cooper refused to see her even though the office said he was already running behind schedule. It takes months to get a specialist appointment, and it's not easy to take time off work and travel that far, only to be turned away. The lack of compassion and flexibility was frustrating. We left feeling like our time didn't matter. I would not recommend this office.
Cold, arrogant and shoots down every question or concern you may have. He spent 5 minutes with me, seemed like he was in a rush to get out of there.
Did a scope on my throat to really ease my mind. One two three it was done. No pain no discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. I got real answers from his exam. Would highly recommend this procedure if you’re not getting better.
Knowledgable and straightforward Doctor, answered all my questions, thorough follow-up instructions, and he called that night to check in on my son post op. We had a good experience.
