This guy sucks. I was referred to him for an ongoing headache and facial tingling for 5 months that could have been due to sinuses. He walked in, asked me what I was there for, and before I could tell him everything, he said “this isn’t sinuses” and walked out. Then charged me over $400. Avoid him at all costs. He’s rude, unprofessional and arrogant.

Listen! Haha...While Dr. Cooper is quick and pretty straightforward, he's a professional! He takes the time to see patients in between patients (our experience was after an urgent care visit) He tells you like it is and treats you accordingly. Fortunately, he also invites you to contact him/the office within a reasonable amount of time if your condition persists and you can usually get an appointment in a few days. Thanks Dr. Cooper!

He performed a surgery on me and I was able to breathe for 2 years and then my nose collapsed. The cart sludge that was scraped was compromised. I went to see him, he said everything was fine and gave me nasal spray. Fast forward. Two more ENT consults later .I had to get reconstructive rhinoplasty and now I can breathe.

So, after finding the hearing test results, he starts to examine me. Now remember, I'm only there to talk about hearing, nothing else. But he starts to examine me including my nose. In the moment, I tell Cooper that I've had issues with one nostril; it 's a bad deviated septum and that someday, I'll take care of. Next thing I know, he's got some instrument... read more
