We had 2 weeks to locate a home and move to Phoenix. We had visited many times but never thought of living there. Meeting David and his wife Michelle was a god send. They really listened to what we were looking for and showed us some really cool neighborhoods. They are really down to earth and helped relieve the stress we were under which allowed us to make the right decision. He knows Phoenix and assisted us from locating home, financing as well as recommending good service people for maintaining our new home.

David stayed on top of everything after I found my new home to purchase. I had my hands full wrapping up selling my last home states away. Didn't have to worry about the new home because David contacted me often with any updates. I'd hire him again without a second thought.

David was amazing! We just moved to AZ from Ohio for work so we didn't have any area knowledge and we didn't have much time to find a place. He was great about steering us in the right direction so we found a good and safe neighborhood to live in and he was able to find us a place we love and get our lease signed within about a week of working with him. If we ever needed to find another place to live here he would be our first pick to work with!
