Buyers looked at many, many houses Picked ours after we agreed on a price. Four different realtors had told us it was a fair asking price. We actually lowered our price almost $15,000 To help the buyers David’s appraisal was $30,000 below agreed on price. He is a joke!

Complete joke. Appraisal is filled with mistakes. He clearly had no idea what he was doing and was very unprofessional.
Felt like appraiser was here more for a social visit with a friend. It is apparent that appraiser has no working knowledge of construction and current charges that for major trades in Mountain Lakes in Bluff Dale. Very disappointed with job preformed.
