Changing to one star, they don't care about your needs. The office manager will just defend the doctor. They wrote me off as a paitent over getting a second opinion. I didn't even have any issues with Dr.clark until this he over reacted over me wanting to seek additional advice. Highly uncalled for. Office manager even said I was being rude over her not listening to any reason she just repeats what the doctor says she does nothing to fix the situation which a good office manager would do.
Dr Clark and his team have been excellent. I've been seeing him for many years now and I couldn't recommended him enough. He's very thorough and has a very friendly demeanor. You can tell he really cares about the health and well-being of his patients.
Dr. Clark was outstanding. He listened carefully to my concerns, asked many thoughtful questions, and treated me with genuine respect and care. I never felt rushed or dismissed — instead, I felt truly heard and taken seriously. I had delayed seeing a neurologist because I was anxious about my symptoms and afraid I wouldn’t be believed. If I had known how compassionate and thorough this visit would be, I would have come in much sooner.
