I bought my first aviation headset (David Clark H10-13.4) over 25-years ago; its performance has exceeded my expectations (it gets a lot of use) After 20-years I sent my headset in for factory tuning and reconditioning, it came back looking and working like a new headset. When I recently called the factory downtown Worcester, to inquire about getting a replacement microphone protector / muff they sent me two new ones, which I received within a couple of days. Thank you David Clark & Company for your continued outstanding cus... read more
Fabulous company to deal with. On my first flight of an airplane I bought which included a set of noise canceling headsets, I scuttled my rear-end over the headset I had left on the seat. It broke apart and I tried to repair the disconnected wires myself. Well you can guess how that went. They were an older pair so I figured I would just get a new one. But a friend told me to just send them into Clark and have it repaired. He praised their service and affordability. So I looked up the instructions on the web and sent them in... read more
Great Products the old Stuff, My H10-13S became brittle and shattered with the slightest touch. Easily Repairable. Sadly the new David Clark electronic noise canceling items they don't support the #righttorepair.
Worst experience trying to order directly from them. Credit cards won’t process. Won’t take American Express. Wasted 2 days trying to purchase $1100+ of equipment for the plane and they wasted my time entirely. Just save yourself the trouble and buy Bose or go through Sportys or another dealer instead of directly to David Clark company. Terrible terrible experience!!!! Zero stars!
Had a pair of the DC Pro’s and for some reason the wire came loose at the jack. Sent them in at my own expense to David Clark and they said they can’t repair and offered a meaningless coupon for a new set. This company seems to have gone down hill and doesn’t stand by their products. I think if they spent anytime looking at mine they should have been able to fix but seems they just want me to buy new ones. Will not buy her again. Looks like I’m going to Bose.
