Good headsets. Used them for years. However customer service stinks. sent my headset in 3 weeks ago and I've only had 1 email response from them that they recieved it. Traditionally DC has had pretty quick turn arounds and communication but not this time. The person answering the phone was kind of goofy and out if it, having problems saying the right words and even knowing what I was calling about. Weird. Used to be a solid company

I've been flying for over 25 years now and I bought my first pair of DC headsets which was the 10-20 in 1997 at the beginning of my commercial training. I used them hard for about 10 years during which time they went through hell and back and never faltered; they even got stolen in Africa and then recovered as the thieves threw them away while fleeing on foot. The employees here are just about the most customer service oriented folks I have ever met. Bruce greeted us at the door and helped put us in the hands of John who helped provide us with the replacement parts needed for our headsets. We are customers for life!
I bought my first aviation headset (David Clark H10-13.4) over 25-years ago; its performance has exceeded my expectations (it gets a lot of use) After 20-years I sent my headset in for factory tuning and reconditioning, it came back looking and working like a new headset. When I recently called the factory downtown Worcester, to inquire about getting a replacement microphone protector / muff they sent me two new ones, which I received within a couple of days.
