Found out after arriving for the appointment that this office does not perform fittings for contact lenses, so I had to pay for a separate appointment with another office to get a new contact prescription. I also found out they will not accept the eye insurance portion of my insurance plan, which ended making the appointment cost ~$200 when it would be free at almost any other eye doctors office.
Called to make an appointment, wanted to give my insurance info to see if it was covered the receptionist says “JUST CALL THEM” uhhh hello? That’s not how that works. Needs friendly staff…. Appointment cancelled.
Hello everyone, I want to tell you, if you are a new customer, and you are making an appointment with this doctor for the first time. If the doctor prescribes medicine (eye drops) for you, you must go to another doctor to confirm whether it is necessary or not? Because I went to see another doctor for a new examination and confirmed that I did not need to take the medicine. The doctor does not like to hear what you say to him.
