My mother saw Dr. Chow a few weeks ago. Dr. Chow has a great bedside manner. He is friendly and proffesional. He removed an eyelash that was stucked inside my mom's eye, she could not see it, it was very small but caused discomfort. I highly recomend his practice. His receptionist and medical assistant were also friendly and kind!

Highly not recommended. During my brief visits here I noticed that the billing practices are questionable where we were sent numerous bills that should have been covered by insurance. There’s a lack of coordination between the doctor and staff here. Even the techs seemed lost at times where I believe they messed up my eyeglass prescription a few times.
