Dr. Chong and his staff are the best at what they do. His bed side manners and thoughtful fun attitude in times of doubt are a true testament to his love for what he does. Our son Levi enjoys his time coming to see Dr. Chong even though sometimes they hurt it’s always a positive visit and it’s always explained with fun and an eased demeanor. Our family recommends anyone with a child needing a good pediatric surgeon to consider Dr.Chong from years of serving our family not only as a doctor but a friend. Thank you!
Been our sons doctor since birth 7 years now. He's always kind and helpful. My son is autistic and Dr. Chong takes the time to listen and interact with my son. We love him and his staff!
I am absolutely appalled by the experience we had with Dr. Chong. His behavior was not only unprofessional but downright cruel. My nephew has cerebral palsy, and instead of offering the support and understanding we expected, Dr. Chong belittled him and mocked his condition. He made fun of the walkers and braces that we use to help my nephew, tools that are essential for his mobility and independence.
