After 24 years, I found your card. I was 56 yr old when I slipped on ice in Elkhart, broke my ankle. Arrived Goshen Hospital with ankle out of socket. You installed 7 screws & 2 plates in ankle. Healing was awesome, still have the screws/plates. I'm from Orrville, OH. 1 year later Dr. Erickson of Massillon, OH removed all the metal. I am 80 years old, have never had any problems.
