1st time patient girls at front desk were very nice waiting room was very clean wait time wasn't bad maybe 25min once in the room Claudia asked my daughter numerous questions to find out reason for her visit she left within 5 min Dr. Chen came in asked my daughter reason for her visit he listened intently allowed her to explain not once did he look uninterested he never interrupted her very pleasant experience my daughter was very satisfied with the care she received
