Today, while visiting my uncle, I had a deeply unpleasant and unsettling encounter with one of the security guards. From the outset, this individual's demeanor was notably condescending, arrogant, and disrespectful. I’m a PCA for a resident in the building. I don’t go there as often but it seems like anytime I go there, the doorman at the front desk is very condescending and rude. I do not like being treated as if I’m clueless on how to get inside the building. He also makes me very uncomfortable with the way he talks to me.
Very very rude unprofessional security guards. The female security at the desk is very ghetto and acts as if she does not see you while waiting for the person you are going to in the building to buzz you up so you can enter the building. Upon getting the tenant to buzz me up and entering the security stopped me and asked for identification. So why not open the door and ask for my identification then.
