I've found the staff to be friendly and response, even when I have odd questions like, is Windsurfing in the Caribbean covered under my policy if I'm in an accident. Definitely recommend them.
An Elmer's truck broke my windshield. I was told it would be covered. I paid for it then submitted the proper paperwork. I received a letter from the David Chapman Agency denying they are responsible. "Although our insured may have had trucks in this area, they cannot be held responsible or negligent in any way for debris or rocks...." Yeah a real stand up agency, NOT.
