An Elmer's truck broke my windshield. I was told it would be covered. I paid for it then submitted the proper paperwork. I received a letter from the David Chapman Agency denying they are responsible. "Although our insured may have had trucks in this area, they cannot be held responsible or negligent in any way for debris or rocks...." Yeah a real stand up agency, NOT.
I have worked with Ryan Peterson and the David Chapman Agency for nearly a decade. I believe this agency is the best with customer service and the level of integrity in which they serve.
