Dr. Chan did not show interest in further investigating my breathing issues. I expressed multiple times that I did not want to become reliant on medication, yet I was prescribed an allergy nasal spray. I also explained several times that I do not have allergies. Although Dr. Chan stated that nothing was wrong, I am still experiencing ongoing issues. Because of this experience, I will be seeking other medical opinions. Dr. Chan is always friendly, explains everything clearly, and is never too rushed to answer my questions. Very thorough.
Excellent service from front desk receptionist to medical care. Genuine care and compassion from doctors that focus on client’s optimal health and well being. I never feel rushed, my questions are answered til I understand and my concerns are addressed fully. Best doctor care I have had.
