Excellent service from front desk receptionist to medical care. Genuine care and compassion from doctors that focus on client’s optimal health and well being. I never feel rushed, my questions are answered til I understand and my concerns are addressed fully. Best doctor care I have had.
We waited over an hour to be seen for 5 minutes. I brought my 92 year old grandfather to see Dr. Chan and when I asked about a prescription he responded with “yea, I don’t know how that affects elderly people with dementia.”
Could not be happier with the results from my surgery. Dr. Chan will answer any and all of your questions and has a wonderful bedside manner. His staff at his office was very helpful with any questions I may have with scheduling. Here’s hoping that anyone out there really doesn’t need plastic surgery yet if you do, Dr. Chan in my opinion, second to none.
Dr. David Chan was very professional and patient at the same time. Made sure I had an understanding of my mild procedure which was a camera down my nose into my throat. He was gentle, took his time, but moved quickly which was great! I would truly go to see him again if needed. Also, his team is just as pleasant..
