Dr Chabolla with Ascension Jacksonville, FL was a breath of fresh response to my husband’s dementia diagnosis. He tested, he listened and gave a chance to see if there is additional information that might help him. Felt like we were being heard instead of being told. Looking forward to working with Dr Chabolla. So thankful we were referred to him.
Dr. Chabolla is an excellent neurologist who I fortunately met years ago. Recently I had the good fortune of getting his assistance in diagnosing and treating a neural problem in my legs and feet. He coupled all available test results with a thorough examination to diagnose the issue and prescribe a treatment. His explanation of the malady and the treatment was thorough and understandable. He is a great neurologist!
