Dr Carter has been my primary Doctor for 20 years and besides being a fantastic Doctor with a great bed side manner he is very, very thorough which because of this he found out I have leukemia cancer which some of my other Doctors missed. So I really appreciate him not only as my Doctor but after all this time he is like a friend to my wife and I. If you seee him you will love him ! Thanks Dr Carter
