Wonderful place to train. If your looking for old school training with zero distractions, Dave is the one to see. Nothing fancy about his place. It is an fight lovers paradise.
Dave is an amazing trainer and great guy to be around. I highly recommend him to anyone who really wants to get into excellent shape. It's not easy, he will make you work, but it will be well worth it! 3 weeks in, and just 3 hours a week. I feel sculpted.
Been going here for awhile I think it's the best place to improve and see changes quick
David is a great trainer with a wealth of knowledge in building healthy strong bodies. Awesome program.
