I really want to make my review a five star and I may change it once I get back to Texas but right now a 2 star is all in willing to give. You may ask why, I'll tell you. When I bought the property at Hurst Place Ranch I was told they would sink a well and fill the pond since they used the water to build the roads. I suggested they make a permanent well and we could split the cost. Strange after making that suggestion the broker/agent said I never said that, yes you did standing right in front of the tank and again after we ... read more
