David was wonderful to work with! He was incredibly patient as we looked at many different homes in Springboro to find our perfect places. We never felt rushed and always felt like he had our best interests at heart. He was quick to respond to texts, emails, or calls, and gave us thoughtful advice throughout the entire process. Can’t say enough about how great David was to work with and have in my wife and I’s corner during the home buying process! This was our first home buy and it couldn’t have been an easier process thanks to David. He did a great job at explaining all aspects of the process and advocating on our behalf. David was extremely flexible throughout the process as well when it came to scheduling tours which made things that much more comfortable. 5 stars doesn’t do his effort and expertise justice!
David did an amazing job helping me with downsizing. I went from 4 bed, 3.5 bath to 2 bed 2 bath.
We were extremely selective in search of our forever home. It took us almost 3 years to find! We worked with David the entire time, and he was extremely patient with us.
