I visited Carrell Clinic as a self-pay patient seeking answers for ongoing knee pain and mobility issues. During my visit, new X-rays were taken and I was told I would be contacted regarding next steps. After paying over $500 for the visit, I heard nothing from the office. When I called for an update, I discovered an MRI that was supposed to be scheduled had never been arranged. Dr. Tietze explained the procedure very well, confirmed my understanding of the MRI results and answered my questions. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Staff was very professional as well.
