Dr Casey is awesome!
While Chicopee Eyecare is under new management, the 30 odd years of excellent service by Dr Monie and his team, is still evident when I was treated by Dr. Balthazar and the rest of the staff. All friendly and very knowledgeable.
I called to schedule an appointment for medical testing, made sure I specified the medical conditions right away to make sure they could do it. After 15-20 minutes, giving insurance information, me repeating myself multiple times, I was told I could not schedule the appointment. Sounds like the people answering the phones don’t know much and instead of working on finding accurate answers, they waste your time.
I had a great first experience with Chicopee Eyecare. Dr. Baltazar was very pleasant and thorough. She took the time to explain the results of my exam and the staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Chicopee Eyecare.
