Number one most unprofessional office I have ever worked with. Absolutely do not recommend they lie to you and they keep your money and they charge you incorrectly. I did not realize what was happening until the last year that I was with them they told me that they were in my network and they were not when my insurance company would send them money back. What a shame. I originally gave Dr. Houpt 5 stars, but after some staff changes, the whole office is different. The first thing that really put me off is that the price I was quoted for a crown for my implant doubled by the time I had enough to pay for it. I asked about payment options, since typically they allowed me 3-4 months to make payments. The new desk lady told me I should be grateful that it's only $2000 and not $10k, and that the most she could do is break it into 2 payments. Considering my original quote was $900,... read more
