Dr. Hay's office provides a seamless, efficient, and comfortable experience. I needed wrist surgery and the team was incredible, as was Dr. Hay- I am recovering well and my scar is perfectly straight :) I'm very impressed with the doctor and team.
I have cmc joint arthritis in both hands, leaving me with painful mobility. Dr. Hay is the fourth hand surgeon I’ve been to, and the only one who was realistic, honest, and willing to listen to my concerns. The other doctors either wanted to rush to surgery (the barbaric kind) or shoot me full of cortisone. I went the cortisone route for a few years but knew that couldn’t continue. This doc has great bedside manner. Professional, knowledgeable, and effectively communicates the treatment plan. This entire office is meticulously clean! The office staff is friendly, informative, and timely! I highly recommend this Dr & his office!
