Dr. Harkins is personable and honest. I have had nothing but a positive experience with AOC from the administrative staff, to physical therapists, to nursing, to imaging, and most importantly to the doctors/surgeons. Every step of whatever process I was going through has been explained thoroughly, and done with complete comfortability and care. AOC has been nothing less than outstanding!
