Hi Absolutely terrible experience I went there 3 times and never once saw the actual doctor. They charge outrageous fees for doing with zero concern for your time or health. Total scam — all they care about is billing, not patient care.Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a complete waste of time and money.
I visited Dr. Brodner's office expecting to see him, but he wasn't available, so I was seen by the Physician Assistant instead. During the appointment, she performed procedures that I later discovered cost over $300—charges I would have declined had I been informed upfront. Unfortunately, the visit didn't address or resolve any of my concerns. I felt that my medical history was overlooked, and my issues weren't taken seriously. Everyone at this office is extremely helpful, kind and competent. There was never a long wait and easy to make an appointment. My sinus issues are finally gone after having a procedure
