After about 8 months of being treated by Doctor Brodner, he pawned me off to a new young woman in his office named Sydney Resnick who did not appear to be very knowledgeable about my condition, and only seemed interested in a very hard sell, pushing a new drug that, for several documented reasons, wasn't appropriate for my condition. Dr. Brodner’s office is wonderful - professional, welcoming, and efficient from start to finish. I had a great experience overall, and the care I received was excellent. I saw Sydney, the PA, and she was incredibly thorough, caring, and attentive. She took excellent care of me and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this office and staff!
Do not go here if you have a serious condition or need continuity of care. Doctors are reckless and cannot be counted on. It got so bad that my primary care physician insisted that I find a new sleep specialist.
HORRIFIC & incompetent care! If you depend on medications, a close patient-doctor relationship to treat your condition, or consistent and timely treatments, find another doctor! Dr Brodner & his new graduate Dr Sydney Resnick won't return calls for weeks, refuse to reply to emails, and thus, will put your life and that of your children at risk, without any concern for your well-being. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor's office!
Thank god I didn’t see the doctor as the reviews seems to be pretty bad. The front desk was the most horrible experience I had. I am a dentist myself and very well know how this business runs. At first I was sitting there all myself for 15min even though there was a guy who saw me enter. I could hear the staff chatting behind the door. Seriously? Now some lady comes after 20min and hand over the iPad for registration and takes my card, insurance and ID. She tells me I have to pay $300 upfront if I have to see the doc. She ne... read more
