The fee for the consultation doesn’t cover anything is separate from the test he should do to see inside your nose to find the real problem so they charge you again if you want to know anything. He doesn’t do anything in the consultation they charge the insurance and make you pay twice for a test that should be included in the consultation. We don’t need to go to a doctor just to look at his face and pay for it twice.
Hi Absolutely terrible experience I went there 3 times and never once saw the actual doctor. They charge outrageous fees for doing with zero concern for your time or health. Total scam — all they care about is billing, not patient care.Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a complete waste of time and money.
I visited Dr. Brodner's office expecting to see him, but he wasn't available, so I was seen by the Physician Assistant instead. During the appointment, she performed procedures that I later discovered cost over $300—charges I would have declined had I been informed upfront. Unfortunately, the visit didn't address or resolve any of my concerns. I felt that my medical history was overlooked, and my issues weren't taken seriously.
