Well oiled machine and pleasant, from Receptionist to Tech to XRay (in office) to PA to MD. Hoping PT staff are as efficient once I get started. I was seen same day but PT is backed up couple weeks.
I am a week out from having a total knee replacement which was performed by Dr Buchalter. Every aspect of this experience has been 5 star, from the initial meeting with Dr. Buchalter who took his time to answer all of my questions, to the scheduling and communication from the administrative staff both before and after the surgery, to everyone involved on the day of surgery, to the incredible physical therapist. Hey I want to keep this a secret. If you need orthopedics that has a walk in urgent care with great doctors this is the place. I went in to have my very painful knee look at and even though it needs to be replaced all of the staff and my Daughter was also seen here before I was and she had a great experience as well
