Dr. Felker is great however Conviva is horrible. We have been waiting an hour and a half for someone to answer the phone regarding a referral for my husband to get an Echo on Monday. It looks as if we will have to cancel this appt because no one at Conviva will answer the phone. So what is the next step here???? The Commercials for Conviva on TV are a complete joke and a Lie. So Dr. F. This low score has nothing to do with you. It's Convivas Rating.

Horrible, Horrible! Conviva Care Center informed me 20 days before an appointment that it no longer accepted my insurance or cash. It took me 3 months to find a new doctor. The one appointment I did have was a steep decline in service from when it was an private practice.
