Dr. Brown was very thorough and explained things very clearly. He educated me about what was going on in both my hands, and put my mind at ease about my issues. He offered options for healing. He did appear to be rushing me. Employees were friendly and efficient. However, the North Grove facility where I saw him needs to be reported. They did my hand x-ray out in the middle of a crowded and busy hallway. I believe HIPPA privacy was being violated repeatedly.
