I took my time making this decision. I read books about the mind-gut connection, spoke to Dr Brown at length. I wasn’t a big eater, so why would this work for me? Dr Brown was amazing! His NP, Kate was amazing as well! Dr Brown explained everything in detail. They not only changed my life, but quite possibly saved my life! It was a huge decision for me, but I am so happy I went through with the surgery! I can’t say enough good things about he and his team! They are with you the whole journey, and once you have the surgery, they don’t just say, well, good luck! I was not a big eater at all, so why would this work for me? Am I fooling myself that I don’t eat much? No, I wasn’t. Dr Brown explained how weight can be attributed to many things. The neurological connection (gut/brain) made a lot of sense. I still wasn’t sure. Watched my Mom go through it and loose 80lbs. Took my time because it is a big decision. Dr Brown and his staff are excellent. From my first appointment through surgery and my post op appointments they were excellent, kind, compassionate, and skilled. I highly recommend their office to any one needing bariatric surgery!
Professional and caring. While awaiting sleeve surgery, I was unexpectedly hit with gallbladder issues that required surgery. Dr. Brown did an amazing job with little to no pain and quick healing. His office staff has always been quick to address my questions and very helpful through the process. I highly recommend him.
I enjoy his knowledge and compassionate manner. His staff is extremely supportive and caring.
Dr. Brown and his amazing team guided me through my weight loss journey with kindness compassion knowledge and trust. They didn’t just treat the weight, it was a lifestyle change. Making me the one who holds all the power . Life changed and going strong!
HATED my experience with Dr. Brown. His staff is fine, but I dont recommend him as a physician. Hes self centered, pompous, and belittles patients if they disagree with keto being the ONLY way to lose weight. Sorry, but I have been advised by MANY doctors that Keto is harmful to your heart and I'm not willing to risk my health for his fad diet! Once that happened, he was no longer willing to hear anything or help in any way. what a joke!

Dr. Brown so graciously took me on as a patient after I suffered complications and two years of fighting for my life from surgery under the care of another provider.
