According to them the price of a house has nothing to do with sq footage. They said our brand new house is only worth 67 a sq foot but the 20+ yr old houses they compared ours too is worth over 100 a sq foot. One of the houses they compared our brand new house to sold for more than what ours appraised for a few months ago... not to mention it was 500 sq foot smaller than our plus its a mobile home and ours is not. These people do not know how to do their job.
