Major Foundation Problems- on new home purchased in July 2003 in Pear Orchard- Builder did not disclose any foundation problems - 8" drop in 4 years! No help from builder-- sitting on a field over 25 feet! pilings must be put in 42 feet! I own 3 homes in Pear Orchard- all have foundation problems!
