When I informed Derek Ray that I am a veteran with a housing voucher and explained the gaps in my rental history, emphasizing that the Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination against people like me, I was me with a rude and hostile attitude. This company seems to think that they shouldn't warn people that they are trying to rent a doll house with six foot ceilings. Don't waste peoples time. There is nothing in Fair Housing stating that you cannot disclose the size of the unit only that you couldn't tell someone that is tall that they wouldn't like it.
