I went for a root canal this past thursday. I was in the chair all of 15 minutes where he told me to get up. He put a filling in & said to have the tooth removed. Since, i can not close my mouth or eat, my gums are in pain & my jaw is swollen where the tooth is. He made the tooth worse then tried to fix it with a filling that had most of it come out 5 minutes after I left the office He charged my insurance for doing nothing and i believe he did this purposely
Went for a consultation 2 weeks ago. I was told I needed a root canal but they needed authorization from my insurance company. They never sought the authorization and refused to respond to my many calls to check the status. My insurance company said they never even attempted to obtain the authorization. Find a professional dentist office for treatment, this place is a joke.
