Dr. Bernstein himself is amazing, but his front desk staff is very judgemental and picks and chooses who she wants to help. She let a man come in with no insurance card after telling me she couldn't look up my insurance, but told him she could look in the Epic system, which is the same way she could've verified mine. Also, I had a 2:30 appointment and was ten minutes early, but she let a 3:15 appointment go ahead of me that showed up after my appointment. This office is the most disorganized I have ever come across and I go to allot of doctors.no return calls, changing appointment times without notice and then when you show up to be told they are running at least an hour behind. After trying to get in for two weeks, once I finally saw the doctor, he said “if you had got in sooner, I could have reset your foot”….well I tried. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
