Have been multiple times, always at least an hour behind schedule with zero options in terms of rescheduling since they're only opened two days out of the week. Probably won't be coming back, it's insane to expect your patients to wait for up to 2 hours to be seen but wouldn't think twice about cancelling if I was 10 minutes late.
We had an appointment and were told to show up 15 minutes early. The staff never showed up for our appointment and they never answered their phones. A complete waste of my time. I will not recommend this place.
Was referred here by the urgent care I called many times leaving multiple messages over the course of a week as in 7+ days and even the urgent care tried and couldn’t get them to answer the phone not even one call back I haven’t even seen the doctor or spoken to a single person here but I can tell the service is poor at best….. urgent care had to refer me a new doctor :)
I have been waiting for a call back from the front desk lady… My MD fax over my work injury claim and documents 4 days ago (last Wednesday). I called today on a Monday and she answered saying that the doctor only works 2 days out of the week… like what. How are you a specialist clinic & you open only 2 days out of the week and you’re booked up for the next 2 months… 2 working days per week…That’s only 16 work days for 2 months… wow… There are people in pain and are struggling to walk out here.. Dr. Bernstein himself is amazing, but his front desk staff is very judgemental and picks and chooses who she wants to help. She let a man come in with no insurance card after telling me she couldn't look up my insurance, but told him she could look in the Epic system, which is the same way she could've verified mine. Also, I had a 2:30 appointment and was ten minutes early, but she let a 3:15 appointment go ahead of me that showed up after my appointment.
