they prescribed a medication for my wife that she's been on for the past 18 years and will not go through with her insurance told them about this and they still haven't done a PA it's been about a month since they wrote the prescription out knowing that she needs it this is unreal and also when we call the office we get sent to the answering service so that they can screen our calls to see if they want to call us back that is ridiculous.
Dr Bentley is humble and attentive. He takes the time to listen and is not arrogant or presumptuous, unlike many veteran doctors.
