Our move was a cross country move and there were several important moments during the process when we could not be present. Sam was always there to cheerfully be there in our place every single time. She was truly more than merely a buyer's agent to us; being a true professional as well as a trusted friend
We can't say enough nice things about David Benford. He priced our house at a realistic price so it sold quickly. He was always on the property when someone looked at the house. He and his partner, Sam ,were very professional, yet fun to work with. If we ever have another house in the Wilmington NC area we will definitely use Landmark Sotheby's again.
David Benford helped us find our house back in 2011. We were very happy with him and will let him list and sell our house if we ever sell it!
