I am very disappointed with Dr. Bender and his office staff. My son has been a patient of Dr. Bender since birth (9 years). I don’t know if he is dealing with personal issues or if he is just upset at the current ownership of the network he is in but his professionalism has diminished. Our son has been dealing with a concerning issue for about 3 years and he suggested that we see a urologist if the issue was not resolved in a year. What can I say good about Dr. Bender, try nothing! In the two times my son seen this doctor we left with no answers. Bender always talked over us and never addressed the situation regarding our son’s health. Both times he examined our son without gloves, including his private area. This prompted us to seek another physician within the office. I DO NOT recommend David Bender to anyone. The worst experience I have ever had.
Yesterday, as I waited to check in behind another woman, the receptionist went on a political rant about Minnesota daycares, making assumptions that felt targeted and racially motivated. It was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. Their political views ,especially when rooted in bias and hate have no place in a professional setting.
