I like the fact that every request for appt. or referral is handled Immediately with appt. Reminders. Dr. Ben como is very thorough And caring. Also Beverly who handles the blood lab on premises is the best.
Place is small, not a lot of options when it comes to doctors. However, the problem is that my mom got a real bad cold. She went to the emergency, they did a Covid test and was negative so the doctor give her an antibiotic. Problem is that during the week, she stopped having taste and smell, so she went again today to check for Covid again. The nurse told her the emergency doctor cannot see her, she is full of patient (waiting room empty) and she cannot see her, she saw her last week and the cold cough takes from 10-15 days ... read more
