Having David Beere as my realtor transformed the prospect of being a first time homebuyer from being stressful to exciting. He found a home within the budget I had and helped set me up with a reputable home inspector. He then immediately conveyed the inspectors report to the builder enabling timely corrections. I am an acquisitions manager for a private equity firm in NY. We had a home we acquired in Texas we needed to sell. After a poor experience with another agent, we found David, and hired him. We could not have had a better experience. David is a champ.
