Do never agree on using David Beal to appraise your house. Never ever. David is a little miserable phony creature who’s aim in life is to destroy your property value. Please stay away from him.
Serious jerk, paid for a service through one lender, requested name transfer of appraisal to another lender and this guy will only do it for more $$$ and within a week. Id rather pay someone else to re do, he low balled the amount as well. Will love to share results after new appraisal done. To all my fellow realtors and investors use someone else, good faith goes a long way as well as networking together, leave this one off your list!
