am very disappointed with my experience I wanted to freeze my membership but still got charged I talked to the manager he said don`t worry will refund you, after waiting three weeks I decided to see whats going on he said we will not refund it doesn`t work that way, besides all of that the steam room always out of order one time 5 days in a row! and space is small probably the smallest gym I've ever been to, the employees like the other review said dishonest.
I went with a FREE 2 week trial pass i recieved as a Christmas gift and they would not honor it because i had gone in for a free trial earlier that year nowhere does it state that you cant use a 2 week trial pass after you've used a free trial now im stuck with a pass thats useless with all being said i love the place i just cant afford it right now thats why my buddy gave me the pass just wish they'd be more understanding it isnt going to hurt them to honor the pass thats the kind of thing that makes me rethink my wanting t... read more
Joined today and can't wait to go regularly! The staff are excellent and the facility is so nice!!
