David is very familiar the processes required by the management company that manages the Co-op. Without his assistant, it would be very difficult and time consuming to navigate through the myriad of requirements. When we first approaches David, he provided an accurate assessment of the home value worth, as well, as providing professional photographers to make the unit more attractive to potential buyers.
